    Presale Registration is open until Friday, June 6 at 10am EST.

  • When is the presale?

    Presale will start Wednesday, June 11 at 10am local time of the respective venues and will continue until Thursday, June 12 at 10pm local time.

  • Do I need to be an EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) holder to participate in the presale?

    Yes, this presale is exclusively for EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) holders. If you are a non-member, please visit Weverse to join.

  • How do I sign up for Weverse?
    • Download Weverse Shop and log in with your Weverse account
    • Buy and join EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) on Weverse Shop
    • Register for EXO-L Membership (GL) Presale on Weverse
  • What do I do after signing up on Weverse?
    • Register for the EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) PRESALE on Weverse
    • Presale registration will begin on Wednesday, June 4 at 7am PST / 10am EST exclusively through Weverse, and will continue until Friday, June 6 at 7am PST / 10am EST.
  • I have already joined EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL). Do I still have to register for the EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) Presale?
    • Yes, this presale is exclusively for EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) holders and we will need to verify your membership prior to your participation in the presale.
    • How to Register : Open Weverse → Go to EXO Weverse → Tap ‘Community notice’→ Read the Concert announcement and register for EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) Presale
  • How do I receive my passcode?
    • If you have successfully finished registering, you can use your 11 digit EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) Code as your presale passcode to purchase tickets when the presale begins. This number is case sensitive.
    • Please note that you must accurately enter your EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) Code (case sensitive) in order to purchase tickets during the presale.
    • You will receive a reminder email from AEG Presents with your EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) code before the presale begins.
  • How many tickets am I allowed to purchase with my passcode?

    The passcode will allow you to purchase a maximum of 8 tickets and can only be used once per show.

  • Once I register for presale, will it guarantee that I can purchase tickets during presale?

    Participating in presale registration DOES NOT guarantee tickets to the show. Tickets will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

  • How to buy presale tickets: 5 STEPS
    • Click on link within the presale email sent by AEG for the show you want to go to or you can click on “BUY TICKETS” to the associated show above starting at Wednesday, June 11 at 10am local time.
    • Ensure you are logged into the relevant ticket site to ensure a speedy purchase process
    • Enter in your EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) code as your passcode
    • Select desired tickets (limited to 8)
    • Continue to purchase
  • What does "LOCAL TIME" mean?

    Local time refers to the time zone where the venue is located.

  • Where do I purchase the tickets?

    Tickets will be sold from the websites designated by the venues. Click the “BUY TICKETS” button on this website to directly get transferred to the ticket site.

  • Is there an age requirement to attend?

    The show is for all ages.

  • Are the tickets refundable?

    All sales are final. No refund, no exchanges available.

  • How many times of sale will I be able to purchase tickets?

    The upcoming shows for 2025 KAI SOLO CONCERT TOUR <KAION> IN USA will have three times of sale:

    1. Weverse Fan Club Presale, available through Fan Club registration on Weverse and to take place on Wednesday, June 11 at 10am local time of the respective venue and to continue until Thursday, June 12 at 10pm local time.
    2. AEG / Venue Presale is available on Thursday, June 12 at 10am local time until Thursday, June 12 at 10pm local time.
    3. General Onsale, available for the general public and to take place from Friday, June 13 at 10am local of the respective venue. There is no registration needed for the general onsale.
